I first met Gregg Sulkin when he was cast on Wizards of Waverly Place as Selena’s boyfriend.
We quickly realized we had a lot in common, and are still good friends to this day.
Gregg recently starred on the MTV series Faking It, which was just canceled. Now, Gregg has some awesome news…
His MTV series was canceled last week, but Gregg Sulkin is making the most of his newfound free time. The former Faking It star has sold a comedy pitch to his former network called F-Unemployment, which Drew Hancock has come aboard to help write. Sulkin also will produce in a nonexclusive deal.
The project centers on a once-popular British child actor who falls from the limelight after a stint in rehab. Now that he’s broke and unemployed, he has to rely on the help of his childhood friend and new neighbors to navigate a normal life.
How perfect is that title for the show?
Gregg loses one job making him unemployed, decides to do something about it and creates his own show about unemployment.
Wishing you the best, buddy!
